Once thawed rinse, strain, and set asideCut steak into pieces (fajita sized or smaller). Season pieces with whatever seasoning you choose (I like cajun spices)Put steak in a Wok, or non stick pan, with 1/2 cup of water. Steam the steak for about 5 minutes.
