Here is how you make Steak Breakfast Scramble:

Thaw spinach by running cold water over it. Once thawed rinse, strain, and set asideCut steak into pieces (fajita sized or smaller). Season pieces with whatever seasoning you choose (I like cajun spices)Put steak in a Wok, or non stick pan, with 1/2 cup of water. Steam the steak for about 5 minutes. Drain all liquid off, and put back on heat.Add spinach to the meat, and let cook for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms to mixture, and cook for 1 more minute. Strain liquid from the mixture once again, and place back on heat.Crack 4 large eggs into a bowl. Beat with a fork until well blended. Pour eggs into pan with the steak and vegetables. Stir well, and cook until eggs are completely done.Serve with a sprinkle of cheese on top.Serving Size:?4 Servings
