Here is how you make Tomatillo Breakfast:

In a small, sprayed, non-stick pan, saute onions and garlic at medium-high heat until soft (about 4 minutes). Add turkey bacon and cook an addition 2 minutes. Add tomatillos, chili sauce (to taste) and lime juice and cook 5-7 minutes, until cooked through but not mushy. Place on serving dish.
