This is truly amazing stuff!It's delicious on top of anything you can imagine - from cornflakes to yoghurt. I'm partial to grating an apple and mixing that with a good quantitity of this stuff (which is how the 'original' version is eaten/served).I don't claim to own the creative impetus behind this recipe either - it's a variant of the Thermomix CADA cerial (Coconut + Apple + Date + Almond). And you don't have to have a thermomix to make it either. You can just as easily make it in a bullet blender, regular blender or even your food processer.We make it a little differently, however, which suits our taste preference just perfectly. It's also one of our 'standard adaptable' recipes which means it's suitable for the raw/vegan, paleo/GAPS and SAD eaters in the family.Feel free to experiment with the ingredients to suit your own taste and budget.
