Garlic powder (a nice dusting)
Black pepper (to taste)
1/3 cup Egg Beaters or generic

1 Earthgrains 100% Natural THIN Bun
1/2 T. Hellman's Mayonaise


How Do I Make Breakfast Gunpowder Sammie?

Here is how you make Breakfast Gunpowder Sammie:

Melt margarine in small skillet. Saute diced onion and diced turkey sausage patty.Add Egg Beaters (or generic) Sprinkle top of egg with gunpowder, garlic powder and black pepper. (Be careful not to overdo on the powders) You'll never miss salt in this one)As the egg starts to set, work edges in toward center until egg is round and will fit on round Thin Bun. When egg is completely set on the bottom, flip it to the other side and cook until completely done.In the meantime, toast both sections of the thin bun and then spread on the mayo. (Can opt to toast bun in skillet if you like to cook like I do)
