Cook the Turkey Bacon until crisp. Place the crisp bacon on a paper towel to cool. In the same skillet and while it is still hot drop in the Onions and Peppers. The sizzle is the best part! Stir occasionally for about 4 minutes or until the veggies have a bit of char. Next, drop in the cherry tomatoes for a quick heat (tomatoes tend to cook very quickly and become mush if they are left too long). Push the veggies to the side of the skillet and drop in your three eggs. Beat them alongside the veggies til they are firmly scrambled.Crumble the bacon into the pan and gently fold together.
