Here is how you make Vanilla Breakfast Bulgar:

In a 2 quart saucepan heat milk over medium heat and add all ingredients except sweetener, protein powder and vanilla. Continue heating until very hot but NOT boiling, partially cover (NOT TIGHTLY!!) and reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occassionally for about 10 minutes. Add protein powder and vanilla, stir.
