Here is how you make Vegan Lenten Low Carb Breakfast:

Mix juice of 1/2 lemon in a cup of warm water. Drink this first, and wait about 15 minutes if you have time.Then, using an immersion blender and a deep container that holds at least 2 cups, blend the hot coffee, coconut oil, and brown rice protein powder. Pour into your coffee cup, and drink this while you eat your 12 almonds (1/2 oz. almonds).(Do not use a regular blender because the coconut oil will eventually cause the rubber ring to deteriorate.
