Here is how you make Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Cups:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage, pepper, and onion for 5 minutes, or until the sausage is no longer pink. Spoon the mixture into the bottom of a small casserole dish. Allow to slightly cool. Beat eggs. Drain the canned mushrooms well. Spread over the sausage, pepper, and onion in the casserole dish. Pour eggs over the casserole. Sprinkle top of casserole with cheese.Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or longer if needed to set eggs. Allow to cool. Cut into 6 servings.
