Here is how you make Best Berry Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with Pam. Measure out the dry ingredients into a large bowl; add the blueberries In a separate bowl combine the liquid ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients stirring carefully so as not to bruise the blueberries. Stir just until combined. The batter should be lumpy. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups dividing equally. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
