Here is how you make Moist Mollasses Bran Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine wheat bran, flour, baking soda and powder. Stir in the nuts and raisins. In a separate bowl, blend applesauce, milk, molasses, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Spoon into muffin pan (or paper liners in muffin tin) and bake for 15-20 minutes.
