1.25 cup Milk, 1%
3 tsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar (by AUALIBRA)
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Flour, white
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins
.3 cup Canola Oil

Here is how you make Red Hill 10 Grain Muffins:

Preheat oven about 375. Mix Milk, vinegar and 10 grain and let rest 10 minutes. At about 7 minutes add box of raisins to milk mixture. Separately, mix Oil and Sugar until smooth. Add Egg, mix and flour mixture. After 10 minutes combine and mix both bowls together. Best to always mix quick breads by hand by using spoon, fork and french whip. Grease bottom of muffin tins. I like the small muffin tins so I yielded 17 muffins. I would think for larger muffin tins probably 12. Place muffin tin on baking sheet, fill each compartment 3/4 fill. Place baking sheet in oven. Bake 10-15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes then carefully remove from tin and finish cooling on rack.Serving Size:?17
