Here is how you make Vegan Carrot Raisin Walnut Muffins:

In a large mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients and sugar (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, sugar). Then make a well in the center of the bowl and add almond milk, applesauce and vanilla and mix until "just mixed".
