12 almonds
2 tsp skim milk (or almond milk)

Here is how you make Almond Oatmeal Pancakes:

Makes 3 small pancakesPre-heat medium skillet on medium heat.Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor. Pulse until smooth. Mixture will be a little thick.Spray skillet with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into skillet, forming three small pancakes. When bottom has set, approximately 2 1/2 minutes, flip pancake over. You will not see bubbles as you would with a normal pancake batter so you need to watch carefully so the pancakes do not burn.Leave on other side approximately 2 1/2 minutes to ensure the pancake is fully cooked.
