1/2 teaspoon salt

Liquid Ingredients:
1 large egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup fat free skim milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Here is how you make Simple Oatmeal and Brown Sugar Pancakes:

Combine skim milk and lemon juice and set aside for 5 minutes. If prefered this can be skipped and buttermilk can be used but not included in nutritional information.In a bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, oats, sugar, and salt.Add the remaining liquid ingredients to the milk: egg, oil. Mix hand whisk together, then mix liquid into dry ingredients until lumps are gone.Heat pan over medium heat, coat with non-stick fat free spray. Add 1/3 cup of mix to pan let cook short time until you see bubbles rising throughout then flip until fully cooked.Using 1/3 cup of mix per pancake will yield about 10 pancakes. Nutrional information is based per pancake, suggest 2-3 pancakes per person.A nice finish is to garnish sliced bananas on the plate.
