Add skim milk and raw pumpkin and stir together. Add honey, cinnamon, and allspice - feel free to alter the amounts listed in the ingredient list, those are just my personal preferences. If by this time the oatmeal has cooled down, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to heat it back up. Enjoy!!! Makes 1 serving.This is one of those recipes that you can make SO many variations on! If you don't like honey, use brown sugar or an alternative sweetener if you don't want real sugar. Add more or less spice, maybe nutmeg if you like, depending on your taste preferences.
