Here is how you make Rancher's Breakfast Pie:

Pre heat oven to 325. In large bowl, combine eggs and milk. Stir in cheese, bacon, scallions, green pepper and white pepper. Coat 9 inch pie plate well, with cooking spray, such as Pam. Pour mixture in to pie plate. Toss hash browns with salt and black pepper; sprinkle over egg mixture. Drizzle butter over hash browns; sprinkle with paprika.
