This taken from Alton Brown's "Live and Diet" show...it's his morning smoothie that he starts his day with. I am listing what I use-and it is really good! It also stores well throughout the day. It doesn't seperate, so you can make this and take if for lunch or if you go to the gym in the morning, you can drink this afterward (just keep it cold). Very good way to start the day AND you get all your daily servings of fruit in one anti-oxident packed drink! :)

4 oz 8th continent light original soy milk
4 oz Old Home Pomegranate and Acai Juice (100% juice)
1 large peeled banana
4 oz (by weight) frozen dark sweet cherries
4 oz (by weight) frozen strawberries
4 oz (by weight) frozen blueberries

**NOTE** you can use old bananas by peeling them, wrapping them in plastic wrap and putting them in a large zip-lock bag in the freezer. This also saves you from having to throw them away! :)

Here is how you make Breakfast Morning Smoothie:

I measure out and put the frozen fruit and juice in a container and put in in my fridge overnight. Then in the morning I dump everything into the blender with a banana and soy milk. Blend everything for about 1-2 minutes, or until completely blended. It makes a 24 oz smoothie, which seems like a lot, but remember, it's all fruit with some added protein from the soy milk.
