1 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
0.25 tsp Oregano, ground
0.25 tsp Thyme, ground
0.25 tsp Rosemary, dried

Here is how you make Spinach, Turkey and Swiss Omelet:

Preparation:Coat a small-medium fry pan with olive or canola cooking spray.Take 3 large eggs and scramble in a small bowl. Add herbs to the scrambled eggs; set aside.Cut 2 slices of oven-roasted turkey luncheon meat into small squares. Cooking:Heat fry pan on medium until you can see the oil move.Add the spinach and turkey pieces; cook until the spinach is wilted and transfer to a small bowl.Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. DO NOT DISTURB THE EGG!Add (in this order) the swiss cheese, spinach, and turkey when you see the egg is solidifying on around the edges; cook another minute.Using a spatula, fold the egg in half. You are essentially sandwiching the filling inside the egg. After 1 minute, carefully flip the entire omelet over on the other side and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. When the egg is completely cooked, remove and enjoy!Serving Size:?Makes 1 serving
