Here is how you make Turkey and Veggie Breakfast Squares:

Cook the turkey bacon on a skillet and rip into small pieces. Dice the turkey sausage into fours. Put the cooked turkey bacon, turkey sausage, broccoli and mushrooms in a large nonstick skillet (or sprayed) and cook for about 10-15 minutes on Medium-High, while continuously stirring until cooked throughout.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 Pyrex dish and crack 4 whole eggs in the dish and wisk with a fork. Pour the veggie mixture into the dish and then pour 1 1/2 cups of egg whites over the mixture.
