Here is how you make Turkey and Veggie Breakfast Strada:

Night Before:1) Chop all vegetables2) Slice turkey3) Either tear bread in small cubes, or for fun, use a cookie cutter - I like to use a star one to add a little fun and decoration to the dish.4) Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick spray.5) Line half of the bread squares/stars on the pan6) Then place half of the veggies and turkey all over the length of the pan, over the bread.7) Put nearly half of the parmesan cheese over the veggies and turkey.8) Mix the eggs, milk, garlic powder, and Italian Seasoning in a large bowl.9) Pour half of the egg mixture over the bread/veggies/turkey.10) Add the rest of the veggies and turkey mix and nearly all the cheese.11) Pour the rest of the egg mixture over and then place the remain bread on top of the mix and press into the liquid.12) Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and a little extra Italian Seasoning.13) Cover with foil and sit over nightNext Morning:Take out of the fridge and let sit in room temperature for 30-60 minutes prior to cooking1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2) Place strada in the oven at 375 for 50 minutes3) After 50 minutes take cover off raise the temperature to 400 and put in for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown4) Take the strada out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes and serve :)
