Here is how you make Hawaiian Kabobs:

cut chicken and beef into 1 inch-ish cubespour marinade over beef, chicken and shrimp and put in fridge to marinate for 4 hours. if using bamboo or wooden skewers soak them for at least an hour to prevent smoldering the skewer endscut vegetables and pineapple (except mushrooms) into chunks about 1 inch square. take out marinated meat and remove meat. pour remaining marinade over vegetables and pineapple. skewer all the ingredients in any order. grill or broil (on a foil lined cooking pan) for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp turn a pale pink. ingredients in these amounts make about 6-10 skewersNumber of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BNJMNB1.
