Open canned peas, shoepeg corn, french cut green beans and drain thoroughly in a colander.After vegetables have drained thoroughly, place in large bowl with 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Add pimentos (1/4 cup or two taste) and chopped green onion to taste.Add more vinegar if much too sweet.
