In small dish mix together all sauce ingredients well. Pour in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then remove from heat for a minute before pouring over cabbage and tossing to mix. Chill for 30 minutes minimum, then serve! The heating of the sauce is totally optional - I've done it with and without and it's great either way, but heating it really brings out the flavors well.
