32 Reduced Fat vanilla wafers

How Do I Make Chocolate Berry Parfaits?

Here is how you make Chocolate Berry Parfaits:

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix & beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1/2 cup of whipped topping. Spoon half of the berries evenly into 8 parfait glasses. Stand 3 wafers inside each glass, & reserve the remaining 8 wafers for later use. Spoon half of the pudding mix evenly over berries in glasses. Repeat layers of berries and pudding mix. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with the remaining whipped topping and reserved wafers just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
