Here is how you make Black chocolate cake:

You melt in a pot 2 oz of butter,you add 2.5oz dark chocolate or couverture,half a glass of water,2 cups of sugar (1.5 if you don't want it very sweet) and 3 tbs cognac ( i use greek Metaxa).You don't need to boil it too much,just make sure that every ingredient has melted. Then put away 1 glass of this mixture and save it for later:)Add in the remaining mixture 2 cups of flour and 3 beaten eggs (not all together , a little of each) at a time while you stir good all the time. Pour the mixture in a pan(not very big)and bake at 350F for about 45'.
