Preheat oven to 325F. Beat cake mix and diet soda together. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Cook for 15 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Cook additional 15 minutes. Let cool - frost if desired with glaze (will alter nutritional info). Enjoy :)(Times may vary by oven. From experience, tends to stick to bottom of smaller pans - I leave mine in the 9x13 and serve out of it, covering with foil/saran in between.
