3/4 cup white flour (I always use unbleached for everything)
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup (1/2 stick )regular, salted butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Lindt 3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate bar, chopped

Here is how you make Hot Chocolate Fudge Cakes:

Stir together flour, cocoa and baking powder. Place butter in large bowl and beat iwth a mixer at medium speed 1 minutes. Add white and brown sugars, beating until well blended about 5 minutes.Add eggs and vanilla, beting well. Fold flour mixture into sugar mixture. Fold in chopped chocolate bar. Divide batter evenly among 10 glass ramekins (or similar glass dish no larger than 8 oz size). Arrange ramekins on large cookie sheet and either bake uncovered for about 22 minutes at 350 degrees or refrigerate up to 2 days and bake at a later time. Serve immediately after baking.Yields 10 hot fudge cakes.
