1/2C powdered/icing sugar
3 teaspoons gelatin, powdered
1 tin light Evaporated Milk, chilled in freezer 20 mins
1/2C warm water

Here is how you make Sinless Chocolate Mousse (110 calories).:

Mix the cocoa and gelatin in a cup with a little of the warm water to a smooth paste. Add the rest of the water slowly, stirring to keep it smooth. Put the cup in a pan of water and set it to heat, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin is dissolved. When it is, leave to cool a little to blood heat (you don't want the gelatin to set again). Put the chilled Evaporated milk and sugar in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until tripled in volume. While beating, pour in the chocolate mixture. Beat until just combined and refrigerate until set. This makes 6 very generous servings, could easily stretch to 8 (but when I want a chocolate fix, I want a chocolate fix!!)
