So yesterday I was telling a coworker of mines ( who introduced to keto)I needed something sweet and then I remembered I had no drunk my protein shake so I was souped as it is chocolate.I went to the fridge and had a light bulb moment. What if I could freeze these into popsicle?I could not wait to get home last night so I could give this a try So I made 2 flavors Vanilla coconut and chocolate vanilla peanut butter coconut.They did not disappoint at all tho I must say I prefer the chocolate ones. I did them the lazy way. I made the vanilla ones first then poured into molds then with the rest I added the peanut butter and chocolate. When I make these again I will make 2 separate batch.
