Here is how you make Coach's Oatmeal Cookies:

Makes 60 cookiesPreheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugars and butter. Mix in the eggs, one at a time. Mix in vanillas. Add combined baking powder, baking soda, flour, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Stir in oats and raisins(raisins optional). Drop rounded teaspoons onto a ungreased cookie sheet.
