Here is how you make Loaded Oatmeal Cookies:

Use 1 bag of Betty Crocker Oatmeal cookie mix. Substitute 1 cup of applesauce instead of butter or oil then follow directions on bag. Add 1 cup wheat germ, 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries, 1/2 cup chopped dried cherries, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup flaked coconut. Mix all ingredients and drop on a cookie sheet (I use the small cookie scooper) Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
