Dissolve 1 pkt of Jello into it. Then add enough water and ice to total 1.5 cups. Divide into 7 fancy dessert glasses. Chill for an hour.Warm the cream cheese in microwave for about :30 sec. Stir. It should be soft. Boil 1/4 c. water. Add about 2/3 of a packet of Jello. (Precise measurement not needed.) Stir until dissolved. Add an ice cube to cool. Then very slowly stir it in to the cream cheese. This is layer #2. If the Jello for the bottom layer is now firm, then top with this layer.Whip the heavy cream. Gradually sprinkle in the last 1/3 of a packet of Jello WHILE THE CREAM IS STILL LIQUID.
