1 Medium head of cauliflower, clopped up into bite sized pieces
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 cup to 1 cup of water

Here is how you make Gobi Aloo:

Heat oil in large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until transluscent, about 5 minutes. Add potatoes, cover and cook, stiring once or twice for about 5 minutes. If you find the potatoes are sticking, add a bit of water. Add the spices and the pepper, a touch more water. Cover for another minute or two. Add the cauliflower, stir again, add a bit more water, and cover again. Let the vegetables steam for 10 minutes, then stir in the frozen peas.
