* Cinnamon, ground, 4 tbsp
* Curry powder, 5 tbsp
* Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
* Rooster Brand Firm Tofu, 420 gram(s)
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, diced

Here is how you make Tahenas Rutabaga and Apple Curry SoupI:

I used frozen rutabaga and apples from my freezer that I picked and processed myself last year... and the pumpkin puree was from my halloween pumpkins...so it cut down on prep time.Use fresh or frozen as you see fit. Cooking time will vary depending on your choice.Sautee onions, garlic and peppers until soft. Add diced rutabaga, chopped apples, pumpkin puree, curry powder, cinnamon, water, (the sugar was on my frozen apples already), and bring to a boil. Run tofu through the food processor to make into a cream.Add to pot.Simmer for 60 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. You can run the finished soup through a blender to make creamier, or just run some of it through and leave the rest for texture. It's a personal choice.
