Here is how you make Kelley's Brussel Sprouts with Bacon:

Cut 4 strips of bacon into small pieces; spray a large skillet with fine layer of cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook bacon; remove from skillet onto paper towels to drain. Drain all but 1 tbsp. of bacon grease; add extra virgin olive oil, onions and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add brussel sprouts and toss to thoroughly coat. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add chicken broth 1/4 cup at a time, thoroughly coating sprouts with each addition, then covering and cooking over medium-high heat. When all broth is used, uncover sprouts and cook an additional 3 minutes or until glaze forms. Add bacon to skillet, combine with other ingredients and serve. Serves 4-6 people.
