Rinse and drain black beans. Pour 2 TBSP. olive oil in large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add black beans, sautee 2 minutes. Add garlic powder, chili powder and cumin (I just sprinkle it in liberally, adjust to taste), saute 2 more minutes.
