1. Grate the carrots.2. Cook them in a covered frying pan over med-low heat stirring occasionally. You can spray with cooking spray or just add a bit of water to help prevent them from sticking.3. Smash the garlic & mix it into the yogurt with the salt. You may want to add it slowly & adjust both the salt & garlic to your own taste. You should be able to taste a hint of both.4.
