Here is how you make Pizza Supreme Casserole Lite:

I used Jennie O sweet Italian sausage, which unfortunately only comes in links. For dishes like this, I just squeeze the meat out of the casings and brown it. I then add onions and green peppers. After the vegetables become tender, I put in two cans of pizza sauce and season with oregano, basil, and garlic. I like to add a couple of tablespoons of parmesan cheese. To the sauce mix , I add about 3/4 box of whole grain pasta, cooked.
