Elbow macaroni (about 2 cups or the same amount in a kraft creamy mac and cheese box)
SHARP cheddar cheese (use one whole small package)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
two tablespoons of mayonaise
1 small can tuna of your choice
sauteed veggies of your choice

Here is how you make Incredible Mac and Cheese casserole:

Cook macaroni noodles and drain, combine with cheese, mushroom soup, mayo,sauteed veggies of your choice ( onions or leeks, bell peppers, mushrooms & snow peas are my favorite additions) Add one can of tuna (drained) I like to use the tuni in light oil with Jalepeno's. It gives the casserole a little umph. Add a dash of mustard and a generous sprinkle of your faviorite hot sauce (I use Chloua's with garlic) Mix well, bake in oven at 350 until bubbly and crisp on edges.Serving Size:?serves 6
