Here is how you make Seashell Macaroni and Cheese Caserole:

Brown, scramble and drain ground beef, set aside. Cook seashell pasta as instructed on box, drain and set aside. Mix soups (do NOT add 1 can water for the soups) and sour cream together. Mix in ground beef. Place pasta on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with soup & beef mixture. Sprinkle with onion. Top GENEROUSLY with shredded cheese.
