1/2 c. grated parmesan (I use the stuff from the can)
1 t. salt
1 t. paprika
1 egg (lightly beaten)


How Do I Make Easy Baked Chicken Strips?

Here is how you make Easy Baked Chicken Strips:

Cut the chicken into 1/2" strips. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients together. Dip the strips into the beaten egg and then coat with the dry ingredients. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-16 minutes at 425F turning over half way through cooking time. These won't turn an even golden brown like the ones out of the freezer section (they aren't fried at all), but they do get a bit crispy and golden.
