6 medium whole wheat flour tortillas

Here is how you make Easy Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Lightly spray a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute. Add chicken and saute until cooked through - about 5 minutes. Stir in black beans and salsa and simmer until sauce thickens - about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.Arrange 6 tortillas on a flat surface. Divide chicken and bean mixture evenly between the tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place in a shallow baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
