Combine tomato and beans in crock pot. Set on high and allow to boil. While that is heating (which may take a while), Brown chicken breast in non stick skillet. Do not use oil of butter. Season ground chicken breast to taste with pepper (be careful if you choose to salt, as the other canned ingredients already contain high levels of sodium). When chicken is completely cooked, add to crock pot. Continue to cook on high until mix comes to boil. Add chilli powder and cayenne pepper to crock pot. Allow to boil for 15-30 min, stirring frequently then reduce heat to low setting.
