Here is how you make Easy Weeknight Chicken Stew:

In small stock pan place whole chicken breasts, stock, diced tomatoes, garlic, cumin, chili powder and pepper. Bring to a rolling boil. Stir then cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove chicken and shred or dice into bite-size pieces. Return to pan. Drain and rinse beans. Add beans the last 15 minutes of cooking. Increase temp to bring to small boil.
