How Do I Make Low Fat Chicken Fingers?

Here is how you make Low Fat Chicken Fingers:

Preheat over to 400 degrees. Pour the Cheeze-It crackers and Mrs. Dash seasoning into a ziplock bag and crush the crackers with a rolling pin to make breading. Slice the chicken breast into 1/2" wide slices. Dip chicken strips into egg white and put them in the ziplock bag. Shake to coat. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken strips in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes.
