Here is how you make Poppy Seed Chicken - low fat:

I usually boil the chicken ahead of time and cool, then tear apart or cut into chunks. Stir the 2 soups, sour cream and slivered almonds together in a medium bowl. Add the chicken and stir together. Place in 2 qt casserole dish. Melt the butter substitue ( I used Take Control Light Spread) and stir in the crushed Ritz crackers and poppy seed, then sprinkle over the mixture in the dish.
