Preheat grill or broiler to 375*. Rince and pat dry the chicken. Whisk olive oil and spices together in a pie plate or small platter; add chicken and coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grill chicken, reserving marinade, approximately 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 5 to 7 minutes, then turn and baste with remaining marinade.
