Here is how you make Crunchy Oat Chicken Tenders:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a pie plate, mix skim milk and egg white. In a second pie plate, mix seaspnings, flour and oatmeal. Line a cookie sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Dip tenders into milk mixture, then dredge in flour mixture and place on cookie sheet. Spray tenders lightly with cooking spray and place in oven for 25 minutes.
