Mix together the ground chicken, onions and green peppers. Form into medium sized meatballs. Pan fry (with a tablespoon of oil if necessary) until browned on all sides, and thoroughly cooked. (Make sure to always thoroughly cook chicken!)2. Boil a large pot of water, add the rotini. Cook according to the package directions, about 8-10 minutes.3. Thoroughly drain the rotini and return to the pot over medium heat. Drain and rinse the mushrooms (option, to remove excess sodium). Add the mushrooms, chicken meatballs and sauce to the pot. Combine well and allow to heat up. Makes 4 servings. Edit: This has a very different taste from regular beef meatballs.
