Here is how you make Healthy Chicken Picatta:

1. Trim the chicken breasts and dredge in a small amount of flour, salt and pepper. At the same time bring some water to a boil.2. Melt a small amount of the butter and place the chicken in a frying pan and brown lightly on both sides. Then place the chicken in a warm oven to finish cooking. Add the pasta to the boiling water.3.
